The wide variety of coatings available to you allows for a lot of applications to suit all industries.
Whether its heat resistance, or to perform in the toughest conditions, we have it all

CERAMIC COATINGS
Cerakote is the global leader in the manufacturing of thin-film automotive ceramic coatings. More OEM, aftermarket, and custom shops choose Cerakote for its industry-leading performance. Our coatings are used by some of the most notable brands in the automotive world.
Cerakote’s application process makes production easy for manufacturers to make the switch from an older coating to a world-class protective and functional finish. Due to consumer demand more OEM, aftermarket, and custom shops are choosing Cerakote ceramic coatings for their performance, aesthetics, and wide range of use.

ANTI GRAFFITI COATINGS
Anti-graffiti series of powder coatings are exterior durable systems offering excellent mechanical properties and unmatched solvent resistance characteristics.
Due to their chemistry, the coatings resist the migration of marker pen ink and aerosol paints into the cured system.
This, coupled with the high solvent resistance, allows graffiti to be removed with the use of a suitable solvent. The coating is available in smooth or textured finishes.

EPOXY POWDER COATING (RESI-COAT)
Epoxy powder coatings offer good adhesion to steel & aluminium surfaces and provide sound corrosion protection for indoor use.
An epoxy powder finish provides excellent resistance against solvents and other chemicals. It is especially suitable in aggressive environments.
Also, can be applied in most colours giving it a great look and durability.
Common uses involve the coating of valves, pipework and rebar with properties including:

-
Toughness
-
Flexibility
-
Corrosion-resistant
-
High thickness

POLYESTER POWDER COATING
The main advantage is the variety of available vibrant colours whilst retaining a top-quality finish. Other advantages include effective edge covering wear resistance and strong tolerance to colour change.
Polyester coated items feature, hard, abrasion-resistant properties, this makes them ideal for applications such as:

-
Architectural metalwork
-
Shopfitting's
-
Garden and leisure equipment
-
Handrails
-
Roller shutter doors
-
Sheet metalwork

FIRE RETARDENT COATING
Heat resistant paints are designed to withstand high temperatures of up to 750°C on commercial and industrial metal/metallic surfaces and structures – ranging from heat treatment applications, including incinerators and furnace chimneys, to pipework and vessels in chemical processing plants.
For very demanding inland/offshore environments, VHT (very-high-temperature) paints and coatings are also required to deliver high-performance humidity resistance and anti-corrosive protection against liquids including water, oil and gasoline/petrol, as well as salt, gas, rust and chemical solvents.
These can be applied to many types of projects.
We apply these coatings in house under good conditions to deliver a very consistent item coating.

AIRLESS WET SPRAYING
Advantages of airless spray are the coating penetrates better into pits and crevices. A uniform thick coating is produced, reducing the number of coats required.
A very "wet" coating is applied, ensuring good adhesion and flow-out

Applications include:-
Exhausts
Engines
Firearms
